Unfortunately many service buyers on this site end up getting very poor or no results from those who have been awarded a project from the buyer. This can result in hundreds to thousands of dollars lost due to scam artists who have no intention of completing a project. This is a buyer beware situation at best, and a fraud at worst.

Found this freelance (outsource) website to be very helpful to locate just about anything. They must literally thousands of freelancers waiting for you to post so they can bid on your peoject. Everything from writers, web designers, graphic artists, video production, script installations, program languages such as PHP, Rubie On Rails and other programs to make just about anything work on a web server.
