I just checked out Flippa and was shocked to discover that only 35 percent of their listings actually sell. That means that there are a lot of sellers who still be interested in unloading their website. Got to check it out. BTW... I think this is one of the coolest websites. Glad I found it via the WarriorForum.com. Kudos guys! |

Let’s take a look back over the past couple of months and highlight some of the changes Sitepoint.com has made.
The Marketwatch Newsletter upgrade launched allows auction holders to have their auction mentioned in their Marketwatch Newsletter thus increasing the exposure to their auction. You can always view the latest issue of the newsletter in their archive.
They’ve also included options for sellers to specify the uniqueness of the content for sale in both their Templates for Sale and Startup Web Sites for Sale categories. This change allows buyers to more easily find what they’re seeking.
They’ve streamlined their credit purchasing system and added pages to help users keep track of their credit usage. Which is also helpful. |

SitePoint is the best and most advanced website selling marketplace. The feedback system is fast and efficient.Your questions are answered promptly, buyers and sellers can interact and negotiate.Notices are given for pending and expired auctions.Website evaluation tools are handy. They have categories for Premium,Established and Start-up websites.I have tried all other auctions, and not one of them compares with SitePoint in terms of prompt feedback and wide range of websites. |

According to their most recent newsletter: there was mention of a slight change to listings for Startup Web Sites and Templates.
These two categories now have a requirement to disclose the uniqueness of content and design. Enabling buyers to be more informed about what they're purchasing is great in my book. You all should still be diligent about researching what you're buying, of course, but this will make it easier for everyone." |

I like this established website marketplace because it now offers both website buyers and sellers to be rated. This is not full-proof but it's more helpful than places that sells sites without a rating system. |

I like the idea of so many different websites which are selling for cheap amounts. I\'ve seen hundreds of sites at Sitepoint.com being sold for less than $500 and they all had proven traffic and generating income. |

This is my favorite established website marketplace because they always offer a great variety of sites for sale. It's in an auction format where prospective buyers have a chance to ask the website seller questions before placing an auction bid. |
